- I left an item behind and room attendants place the item in a bag and left it with front desk.

Cons -
- The room needed to be updated. The lamps were broken and the shades were in terrible shape. The cord on the phone was missing. I realize that the hotel is older but just replacing items has they get old and fall apart helps.
- I base this review on other Country Suites I have stayed with. I found this property cold and uninviting. I can only describe the first evening desk attendant the same. The 2nd lady I spoke with the next morning was very cheerful and nice.
- The hotel's classic charm could benefit from some modern updates. Fresh paint and new furnishings would greatly enhance the guest experience.
