- This hotel offers both upstairs and downstairs rooms. This is great for those of us that have difficulty in climbing stairs due to health reasons. The staff is very friendly and make sure that you have everything you need in your room.

- Having to pay deposit, not being informed about deposit before made reservations that could not be undone.
- They charge a $100 nightly deposit that takes up to 10 business days to receive in refund.
- not clean, towel had hair, they said breakfast but stinky cereal and coffee only
