The location is perfect for Bourbon St/Riverwalk/etc. There are plenty of options to walk to for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Hotel rooms are nice; we stayed on the River Tower side that is already renovated. A store/Starbucks/Burger Bar is downstairs.

The location was in a nice area, but there was a couple of homeless people parked in the space designated for customers. They were standing outside changing their clothes and throwing trash onto the sidewalk upon our arrival to check in.
