I didnt even stay, I had to cancel, was very nasty and the front staff very rude not kind at all.
1st think the toom has weed smell. Then after complaining i got a room without dmell. It was ok. But bathroom door doesn't lock. TV remote was broken. No breakfast. Cofee machine was broken.
They charged me extra for breakfast in the system, but during my stay, no breakfast was provided. In fact, they don't have any breakfast system.

I liked that the layout of the hotel room exceeded my expectations. I didn’t expect a space on the beach to ensure privacy and safety like this. I loved that the every feature had its own space and the setup made me feel like I was at my own apartment

The price for proximity to DCA was great.
It was so beautiful. Their staff are very friendly and you hardly knew they were there! They also keep a sharp eye on the details. They were constantly checking the bathroom to make sure it was clean and stocked with anything running low.

Not the best location. Hotel was nice enough. Room pictures were pretty close but all others are deceiving. Breakfast is at ihop only offers 2 egg breakfast or continental (bagels toast etc)

Staff is friendly
Front desk are very courteous and respectful. We were given a room at the lower level but we requested for one in a higher floor as we didn't like it. The front end lady promised and promptly shifted us to another room the following day.

The staff were very helpful and took great care of my. I was staying with my pet and they tried to make things really easy. The room was clean, but the grands were a horrid mess from dog poo everywhere.

The location, staff and cleanliness of the place were all in par with better than other hotels of the Choice family. I would definitely stay here again but perhaps not during winter.
We have stayed here a lot this year as we cleaned out our parents home. The staff is always friendly and realized on our first visit we liked the top floor. Since then we always get a top floor room. Everyone is friendly and helpful
