Pros +
- Updated, modern, amenities, clean, fast elevators, check in, check out, friendly staff. Also REALLY LIKED free coffee in lobby and sitting areas. Bar is attractive/ spacious. Rooms HAVE clean bedding & comfortable. Pool and workout room are AWESOME
- Hotel overall is a very nice building. Indoor pool and beautiful grounds in back with a staircase going down from lobby. Rooms were good size and the beds were comfortable and they had good pillows (hard to find these days!)
- The staff was very knowledgeable and respectful. They made me feel at home and I felt cared for.
Cons -
- Room?s bathroom countertop need updating and rooms need a fresher/brighter look. Please identify ENTRANCE AREA BETTER. from the outside
- No fan in the bathroom so saw rust on all metal fixtures as well as mold spores on the wall. Tub a bit grungy. Doors slammed hard, so we heard slamming doors constantly. Hotel restaurant?s system went down and didn?t offer other options until 2nd night.
- The only downside was my room was near the ice machine
