- It’s proximity to downtown Virginia Beach
- Location is convenient and easy to get to from the I-264.
- The new renovations
Cons -
- I did not like the fact that the water was Luke warm at best the staff was hit or miss and they were stingy with the linen, and we were never able to access the WiFi and when we asked for assistance we were told I don’t know what to tell you.
- AC was not working and leaked water in the room. Showed a video to the front desk who said Engineering will take care of it.
- Room lack any drawers in the room which I had never seen in any hotel I have ever stayed. Lack of a simple breakfast as done nearly by every hotel was incovenient.
