They could keep the morning coffee out longer in the lobby, brew more if needed. One can make in the room, but that provided in the lobby just seems better

Water never got hot, all it ever got was barely warm. Advertises bathrobes, but none in room. Had the do not disturb sign out and housekeeping was knocking repeatedly, ignoring the sign. TV had nothing to watch unless you wanted to pay $20 per movie.
