- The pool was closed on a 98 degree day. That was the primary reason I chose the hotel. Quite disappointing, the lack of communication and advance notice. The person at the desk was not particularly conciliatory about it, not even an "I'm sorry"
- The false advertisement! Key cards didn't work and were not returned to me for hours. Absolutely no security on the door(I wish I could send you the picture!) Hotel desk staff not friendly at all and very slow. Extreme disgust caused early check out!

Clean and comfortable. Great location for visiting a student/daughter at UVA. Affordable as well.
