- The assistance in making the reservation was good. The service was polite and professional when making reservation.

- There was absolutely no staff at the desk in the morning I couldn’t even check out. There was no one there.
- Moled in the bathroom. Dirty floor. Room under construction.. Sheets had cigarette burns. Pictures on the website are a lie.
- The reservation was made at 1 am, 17 April 2026. It was to stay at the hotel immediately for the night. When I get to the hotel, the attendant was sleeping and then finally answered my call to check me in. Only to be told there is no availability.

Desk staff friendly but hard to communicate because lobby was locked and very noisy road adjacent to check in window.
No toilet paper in room (had to request at office) and one bar of opened and perhaps used soap. Sink obviously not cleaned. Refrigerator so frosted freezer unusable and ice insulated cooling elements so cooling inadequate. Sticky entrance door.
