- Cleanliness and staff niceness. Cleaning people are great!
- The staff was enthusiastic about some Honor Flight veterans arriving there. No issues checking in a bit early.

- Took over two hours to get checked in at this hotel was told that my room was not ready and I counted at least 20 people that came after me that were checked in ridiculous. The excuse was they were totally booked the night before and it was taking a whie
- Nope all great!
- Rooms probably need updating.floors and carpets seemed worn.
