There was NO toilet paper in the bathroom and when I went to guess services he informed me that there was none in the entire hotel,including staff restrooms. Then the toilet would not flush after the first flush. I had to open the tank lid to activate it

The manager said staff was friendly, polite and helpful especially the lady who is the head of the laundry and cleaning she made my stay at the hotel very comfortable thanks to everyone

It was a good spot for our halfway point. We enjoyed the indoor pool. the staff changed our room quickly when we told them of the smell and the sheets in front of the door.
