- It is oceanfront.
- The room size
- I was allowed to check out an hour later without being charged.
Cons -
- The floor is very dirty. My 1 year old son walked and found out that his feet are very very dirty. We had to clean the floor ourselves first. The bed broke down after me and my year old son used it. Oh my goodness! Literally it fell off the floor.
- 1. No handicap access. 2.No handicap parking. 3.No reliable WIFI access. 4.Poor cable access .TV stations were sporadic at best. No channels in bedroom. 5. Eleven floor hotel with one elevator. 6. Homeless wandering in and out of the building through

It is oceanfront.
