I liked the staff very friendly and helpful as well as the cleanliness of the entire building from the lobby to the room itself.

Staff is incredibly helpful, professional. front desk are awesome! Shuttle drivers and Ty were outstanding. Their airport transport were no wait and safe. They also took us to the Mall, Sports Bar, anywhere within a mile.

The Black gentleman was the only person that greeted my husband and I during our stay ! The other front desk workers all seemed confused and rude honestly no one spoke or said a word . The bar staff was AMAZING , loved the food and drinks !

I left an extensive review for the staff they all were excellent observant of needs the quality of the front desk, driver,housekeeping and dining was an experience I and my granddaughter will hold forever.
We enjoyed the open courtyard; this is definitely a unique structure.

I guess you get what you paid for. Look nice when you first walk in, but no coffee for the early morning shuttle and nobody at the checkout desk.
I have stayed at this hotel many times. For me it is the best Super8 in the Dallas area.

As a dsiabled had to walk numerous times over steps t get help. They will be out of business soon, The hotel phone is NEVER answered for days!!!! I stood at the office and called and the staff did not answer - cannot hear ring, damaged system.

This hotel was amazing! I wish our stay was longer to enjoy it all!! Kids loved the pool and it was nice to relax to the side and they provide life jackets and everything you could need! I don’t think my kids want to stay anywhere else!

Location, pool, area, and staff. The hotel was beautiful. Location is great. The pool had lifeguards so safety is a priority. All of the amenities they offer are great. There is a couple of bar areas by the pool. They had an indoor playplace for kids.
