Pros +
- The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. The hotel, however, was awful. We woke up itching all over on top of the disappointment in the state of our room.
- Nothing, it did what it needed to
- Parking was convenient
Cons -
- The hotel is outdated and dirty. The couch in my room was very stained, towels mismatched, lamps mismatched, curtain difficult to operate, missing covers on bathroom ceiling, etc. It did not feel worth my money at all. The lobby also had stained chairs.
- Parking, had a already used dirty towel on top of my shower rod, called for breakfast 30 minutes before and they refused to take my order.
- A lot of things broken and dirty ice machines and glasses
