The staff was great. Flights from the states arrive before check in time in Europe, and I had to go to a meeting hours after I landed. They offered me something called "Shower and Go" so I could freshen up for my day, and then offered to hold my bags.
Location was great - close to train station and metro. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Jacuzzi and sauna a big plus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel exceeded our expectations.
Very nice staff, extremely helpful and informative. Breakfast was very good as was the fitness room and spa. Bed was fairly comfortable and room was pretty good.

The hotel was very clean, had free parking on site,rooms were spacious and if it was warmer outside we would have enjoyed the beautiful pool. The bed was comfortable and the food was pretty good. The young man who checked us in was very informative.

For the price and location this place was perfect for me a male solo traveler. However, some might be put off by the neighborhood as the area around the bus and train terminal is dirty, gritty, with a lot of homeless. But for me location was important.

Restaurant and Bar would pretty good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel had frequent shuttle services to the airport, and would call a taxi for you, which were often there in only 5 minutes.

Hotel was clean and presentable. Outside, there was a homeless camp under the archway next to the hotel. Did not feel safe to go out and walk at dark.
