- Decent breakfast
- Location, convenience
- It is conveniently located, clean, staffed with friendly, helpful people and with a great breakfast and plenty of coffee. I really like the addition of the airport shuttle now, instead of dragging our bags to the bus stop.
Cons -
- We arrived at Malpensa airport late at night; although the hotel runs a shuttle, it costs 15 Euros--The free airport shuttle bus stops nearby, but there is no signage for the hotel on the road making it almost impossible to find--scary to walk in the dark
- The “Free Shuttle “ is a scam
- Only with more questions did hotel staff tell me about free shuttle. Then at hotel gave false info that the shuttle went in 2 directions. Instead they advocate for their own expensive shuttle. A bit of misinformation I think
