- The location was beautiful.
- Definitely the view. Itâ≢s fantastic
- The staff was amazing. The room looked into the bay and Mt Vesuvius. It wasn't in downtown but was a walkable distance away. They gave you bathrobes to use. The bed was comfortable

- The reception staff was not as kind and helpful as you would expect for a very expensive hotel. The made you feel like you where bothering them instead of trying to be helpful.
- My only complaint was the food was a little pricy. It was tasty and the portions were small but adequate, however we could have taken a taxi into and out of town and gotten a better meal for less. However this would. It keep me from returning
