- The reception we received and the explanation we got when we complained about the flooded room he gave us, knowing that it was going to happen because they had received many complaints beforehand. The bath didn{t work because it was leaking. A nightmare!

- the shower was old and not well maintained. it looked like there was limescale and rust in the shower glass corners
