- Thought airport shuttle service was provided not extra charge.
- The shuttleÃÂ doesnt work at night. It also costs 10 euros/person. We scheduledÃÂ the shuttleÃÂ for 8:45am. They called us at 8:15 to tell us the driver was leaving at 8:30. He left without us. We had to wait until 9:00 for the next one.
- The place was a dump. We got room number 8. Ok, Italy has lots of places w/o elevators, but after going up the stairs, you had to climb a tiny spiral staircase! We left our bags at the bottom. The room had slanted ceilings that were low. not like advert

The staff was extremely pleasant and always helpful.
There were no soaps or other toiletries offered in the room, so we were lucky we had already brought all of these things. And the AC unit is apparently shut off during the spring, but we were not told this before the stay or at check-in.
