- The location was great if you're staying in Naples and the hotel was very nice, along with the staff.

- The location across from the castle and the water view was the best thing about the hotel
Cons -
- The AC was not working. We let them know three separate times and they kept saying it was due to the sliding door not being properly latched. Once we fixed that issue on day 1, the AC fan was working but the room never cooled down even after 3 days
- They need to do a much better job communicating that their pool REQUIRES reservations. We switched to this hotel so we could swim and relax and it was terrible. The pool attendant was RUDE as can be and they never told us we needed reservations to swim
- The staff was not friendly or welcoming. We had to request a luggage cart, as well as for a bellman to assist with the luggage to our room. The room is very basic, and the bathroom smelled absolutely terrible. Thankfully we were only there for one night.

Location was nice with a view of the water. It was also in close walking distance to many restaurants.
The pool was not open, which is the reason we had booked there in the first place. It should be noted on the website when it is closed. Staff checking in were not friendly.
