- Easy access to tram into Venice, tickets are sold at the front desk. EXCELLENT breakfast.
- The room was comfortable and clean and the location was close to good food and attractions.
- The hotel is extremely close to the bus/tram which is needed to get to Venice without paying an arm and a leg for parking.
Cons -
- Bed was quite hard. Shower/tub combo was difficult to maneuver as the tub was convex, slippery, and very tall. We are able-bodied young adults and held on for dear life everytime we got out of the shower!
- No. Everything was wonderful.
- The air conditioner and fan in the room could not be turned on. Staff had explained that they have it off for the entire building due to the season. It would get hot at night with no fresh or moving air.

Easy access to tram into Venice, tickets are sold at the front desk. EXCELLENT breakfast.
