There was little furniture. No dresser, No chairs or love seat. No phone. We chose Red Roof because we were traveling with our dog. Elevator was broken and I had to carry luggage and dog's kennel up one flight of stairs (I'm 78 years old). Awful!

My experience changed drastically once staff put me in a non-smoking room to the back of the building. It was quiet and the room & linen was super clean compared to the smoking side. If you book for nonsmoking just make sure to clarify at checkin.

My room had one window which looked into the hallway of the hotel and NO BLINDS and poor curtains which did NOT dim the room. I couldn?t fall asleep for hours. Once I did I woke at 3:00 thinking the sun was up it was so bright. It was AWFUL.

There was little furniture. No dresser, No chairs or love seat. No phone. We chose Red Roof because we were traveling with our dog. Elevator was broken and I had to carry luggage and dog's kennel up one flight of stairs (I'm 78 years old). Awful!

My experience changed drastically once staff put me in a non-smoking room to the back of the building. It was quiet and the room & linen was super clean compared to the smoking side. If you book for nonsmoking just make sure to clarify at checkin.

We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and were given a handicap accessible room which is not what I had booked. It was too late to complain, the floor was dirty, lamp shades were torn off the lights, the shower flooded the bathroom floor so that was fun.

Location was decent. The staff was super friendly. Everyone (from the cleaning people, front desk people to the laundry people) spoke to us and was pleasant. I was glad there was a pull out couch.
