  • Customer service was phenomenal
  • Location was decent. The staff was super friendly. Everyone (from the cleaning people, front desk people to the laundry people) spoke to us and was pleasant. I was glad there was a pull out couch.

  • We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and were given a handicap accessible room which is not what I had booked. It was too late to complain, the floor was dirty, lamp shades were torn off the lights, the shower flooded the bathroom floor so that was fun.
  • The metal soap holders were rusted. Updates were needed. I did not feel like it was the kind of luxury a marriott should have. We did have a slight mishap. There was a crack pipe in the pullout couch that my grandchildren were sleeping on.
