- Surprisingly there were no bugs given the old food all over the room and huge gap under the door.

- A few drunks and addicts hanging around parking lot
- Ac didn't work, food on the comforter, food all over the floor, cigarette burns on the comforter and toilet lid. Pubes in the sink, tub, on the floor. Everything was dusty. Sink didn't drain. Beds had a metal base that was very loud every time you moved.
