Just off Interstate 295, this all-suite hotel is 27 miles from downtown Richmond. It features an on-site fitness center and snack shop and guest suites with free Wi-Fi access. Cable TV and a CD/DVD player are included in every suite at Candlewood Suites Hopewell. Each also has a sitting area and a kitchenette that includes a dishwasher. The front desk at the Hopewell Candlewood Suites is staffed 24 hours a day. There is a business center, as well as guest laundry facilities on site. Fort Lee is 1.2 miles from the hotel. Petersburg National Battlefield is less than a 5-minute drive away.

- Front desk attendant, Hotel employee, was very helpful
- The staff was very professional and welcoming. I will definitely revisit next time in the area again.
- The front desk person was sweet and very accommodating. My tv didn¿t work in my room and she tried everything herself before she called maintenance. The both were very kind and spent a lot of time trying to correct the situation.
