- Location. That's it.
- Rooms are clean and ready when you need to check in. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping is on the ball.

Cons -
- The couple having a domestic disturbance next door to me. Had to switch rooms and floors. Awoke at 3:30AM to the stench of marihuana being smoked next door for the next 90 minutes. Disgusting.
- Some of the rooms I have stayed in need new mattresses and the showers need new grout. There are some black mold spots in the shower tiles. Some furniture is showing wear.
