Carpet in hallways and elevator were filthy. Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel bathroom was disgusting. Shower had mold, mildew, and soap scum buildup.

Location was great. Easy to find and plenty of parking. The staff were very helpful. My key cards got demagnetized and they came running with new keys in a matter of seconds.
The fitness center. Every piece of equipment was out of order. The floor in the room was dirty. The beds were noisy and uncomfortable. The TV in the room did not work.

Every time I stay at the La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Richmond South, they are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always clean. Love it !

The staff are excellent. The location is good.
The cleaner that is used was much too strong. We have to ventilate the room even in the cold weather by opening the window for awhile. The tub was painted not resurfaced correctly.

Location is good quite and peaceful
Staff does not clear well. 1st room had old raisins by the head of the bed on the floor and they didnt mop the floors in the room. Second room one of the beds had stain sheets on the bed who does that. Third room the tub needs repainted couldnt shower.
