- I booked a room for 6 days. No cold water for my shower. Hot water extremely hot. Inform management was shown a plumber and told would be back to fix the water. Never happened. Told plumber doesn't know what he's doing. Well, get a plumber!!!!!! Nothing.
- No wi-Fi due to the hotel being under criminal investigation-according to mgmt, no hot water, no controls on AC/Heater, bathroom fixtures half hanging off wall, broken door handle, price of room for something that never should have been rented out.
- They tried to charge $50 fee for damages the water was brown no hand t water sheets was dirty bathroom was dirty housekeeping came and didn¿t clean a thing
