Pros +

Cons -
- Room size. No Lift. No counter space in bathroom. Ligjt switches didn't always work
- It was nice and clean and very central
- I wish breakfast started a little earlier. I often have an early event or bus to catch and would love to be able to eat at 7.

Very kind and very helpful
It was nice and clean and very central
I love this place! I’ve been coming to Glastonbury for the past several years to attend a spiritual gathering and the Crown has gone from “the closest place with a room on the dates I want” to “Ahhh…home again.” I’ve been in both the Dolly Parton room (super comfy to lay my head those soft pillows) and most recently the Bob Marley room (chill vibe, slightly better for longer stays like mine). The food continues to be top notch.Fair warning-if you’re in the higher floors, the staircase can be really steep.

Great room, food amazing!
The windows were not double glass so the outside noise was quite loud in the room. There was some people with a Boombox in front of the hotel and the noise was so loud that we didn’t sleep at all, which was a first for me. This was not the hotel fault but double glass windows would make a huge difference.
Great Staff, Location and Cleanliness
Staff were absolutely brilliant. Friendly. Helpful. Food both evening and breakfast absolutely spot on
The room was above the outside seating area so although not really raucous it was only quiet at kicking out time. That would be the only gripe against our stay.
Excellent central location, nice contemporarily decorated bedroom and lounge/ restaurant/ bar areas. Friendly staff.
Breakfast quite nice though wasn’t keen on the sausages and given the cost of the bed and breakfast, would have preferred choice of cereal, pastries /toast/jam etc and fruit juice alongside a cooked breakfast
Location was spectacular, but being a pub, it was noisy, obviously that's to be expected. It quietened after 11pm. Food was exceptional, staff were very busy and friendly, they were all working very hard. Disabled loo was available and clean but had to get bar staff to unlock every time .
I forgot to check when booking if there was a lift. There isn't. The building is very old and not got suitable space for one. My fault for not checking but perhaps it could be mentioned in blurb that not suitable for those with mobility issues.Mattress was obviously very well used, lumpy and not comfortable
The best location, warm room, delicious food.
Location
Price , damp under windows and rattled when wind blew
The place was super comfortable, and the staff was awesome! I left my iPad in my room when I checked out, but the guys sent me an email right away saying they found it. I was able to get it back. I’m so grateful for the friendly and honest staff.
Super helpful, friendly staff, perfect location (after night out in Glastonbury) and amazing breakfast next day
Big comfortable rooms in the Main Street of Glastonbury. Breakfast was superb and so were the rest of our meals in the hotel restaurant. Thai chef must be applauded, really delicious. The staff in the hotel are all lovely and friendly. We will return!
The hotel is nice and in the very town centre... The Amy Winehouse (single) room was small and cosy. I slept well. Breakfast downstairs was amazing and the staff nice and very helpful.
Great vegetarian breakfast. Comfortable bed.
Sound of a generator all through the night outside our window (Elton John room)
the staff, location and facilities were all great. Breakfast was amazing, thank you for an enjoyable stay
nothing really, except to say I didn't fancy oanything on the main menu, but that was more a me thing than a criticism
