Our first room hadn?t been cleaned & was ransacked. I went to the desk & they gave us a new room. The rooms smelt like smoke & weren?t clean. The breakfast was the worst I?ve ever had at a hotel. It was served in a hall & the coffee portion had no cream

The owner has disappointed me and let me stay in lobby for 4 hours in the cold. I dont care what the policy is He is human and his mother in a lobby for 4 hours with not 1 comp day issued a 4 day stay. I was charged 95$ night I Demand 1 credit night.
