The room size
Convenient location and spacious
The kitchenette. Full size refrigerator. Dunkin? Donuts was right by the hotel, which was good because no coffee maker.

Cons -

Bed was hard as a rock would have slept better on floor. Elevator was broken. People in room next to us kept banging on wall at all hours and the people above us and there children were screaming and running laps all night long.
There were roaches in my room and the toilet was clogged after one use and the staff did not seem concerned about helping out
No water pressure. Hot water was scarce. No coffee maker in room even though it said one was included, the sign in the room said they were available for purchase. Bed was hard. Pillows flat.

Floors were slippery and sticky. No hand towels. No soap dish. And they gave me a different room than what I booked and said there was nothing they could do about it. And somehow I had a random charge from the hotel on my debit card which was never used
