The location was great. It was easy to get to downtown Savannah.
The room needed some TLC. There were broken outlets and the paint was peeling off in spots. Also, we put out the do not disturb sign and then took it off when we left around 10. They did not clean our room.

It was reasonably priced compared to the other hotels around. The weekend breakfast was decent.
Cleanliness was mediocre. The back steps haven’t been vacuumed in months it looked like. They charged me $352.80 after I paid in full through Booking.com, but they did say that it would be refunded back to my card.

Good location
Staff slow at check in not very knowledgeable. Room was ok nothing to brag about. No coffee available in room or breakfast area. Expected breakfast nothing no coffee or juice much less food of any kind. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend this property

The pool was beautiful. The location great, close to the airport and downtown
Room was dark and overlooked parking lot, so we could not open curtains and have privacy. I lost an item and the hotel took 2 + days to get back to me (3 phone calls and 1 message).

Bed,pillows and bed coverings were very comfortable, a/c was nice and cold, quiet which is all I can really ask for. At check out the front desk lady was nicer. Our room smelled sooo good when we walked in! Very clean room.
Surrounding area was scary. At arrival I went to front desk to check in and no one was there attending so I waited for 10 minutes before she arrived and not a single smile and not at all friendly. I felt like she hated being there. The light bulbs in the room were horrible, so dim you could hardly see. I had to do my makeup in the room by the window for light! For the breakfast I thought when I booked that it was full breakfast but I guess not. I ate breakfast but was disappointed. Sausage patties which I don’t eat and no bacon. Scrambled eggs but no fried eggs which is what I thought I could have gotten with a full breakfast. It was a nice little setup but I had expected more. The lamp on my side of the bed was all rusted, change that out. Furniture old and not in good shape.
