The staff were respectful and efficient. Everything was very clean, I just am a QA Inspector and will notice things like a filter left in coffee pot or a spot on the wall behind door so I couldn?t give it a 10! The night girl was so sweet and courteous!

Staff were exceptional. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Safety and location relative to restaurants, shopping and downtown Buffalo couldn't have been better. A 55 minute drive to MSP airport was easy. But mostly, the staff and excellent breakfast.

The staff were amazing. The sent a text to check in and see how the room was and I was able to use that number to communicate with them as needed. There was a dog barking down the hall and they were able to contact the owner and rectify this very quickly
