Pros +
- Fairly quiet. The heat worked well on a very cold night.
- It was the only hotel in the area
- Checking out early
Cons -
- Not a welcoming lobby area; reception behind plexiglass. Room furnishings were very worn - not well maintained or clean. Towels were clean but abrasive.
- A homeless person checked in ahead of me. A piece of wood was holding the window shut in my first-floor room. Floors were dirty in the bathroom; toilet was not cleaned. There was a microwave on a stand outside the room across the hall from me.
- It was beyond gross. And when we complained about it and told them we were going to give them a bad review they slapped an extra $300 on my credit card. They can dispute it all they want but that is the facts
