- The staff was amazing at the front desk, the pool was warm, and the new rooms and halls are really nice.
Cons -
- Pool was overcrowded. We complained multiple times about the people above us making noise in their hotel room. Constant banging and what sounded like dragging of heavy furniture all night and early morning. Security said they didn?t hear anything.
- Beds were very hard for being new
- AC unit was very noisy at night and woke up my kids at 4;00 am. Shower was stuck and had to get maintenance to fix. Public bathrooms were dirty.
