Pros +
- Spacious room, clean, nice pool area , real dishes and silverware at breakfast, delicious coffee (which is very rare at hotels!)
- Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than I had imagined.
- Staff were exceptional. Rooms were exceptionally clean. Safety and location relative to restaurants, shopping and downtown Buffalo couldn't have been better. A 55 minute drive to MSP airport was easy. But mostly, the staff and excellent breakfast.
Cons -
- Room needs more places to hang wet stuff. A row of hooks on the empty wall space near the door would be fantastic.
- Rates could have been a bit lower for weekdays
- breakfast was not very good
