- My room wasn?t clean, no wash cloths, huge bug on beg. No restaurant service.

- We didn't have body soap in the dispenser. We were supplied with bars. The phone in the room doesn't work. I called a tech who arrived quickly and unplugged and replugged in the line and we got a dial tone. Next time I tried it, it was dead again.
