- The decor, location, and moderness
- The room was very clean!
- Our stay could have been 5 stars, great reception, clean room, good breakfast, but 1 major and 1 frustrating situation impacted everything. Toilet in room plugged when we got there.no alternatives or remorse shown, or offer to change rooms
Cons -
- Did not have a pool, broken shower head, and room was small.
- Toilets did not flush properly and there was no hot water for showering.
- Breakfast buffet had no coffee or hot water for 30 minutes, Toilet room plugged upon arrival, was going to eat, waited 2 hrs & nobody showed, Husband went to use facilities in lobby, asked status of repair said maintenance guy was paged. Never showed
