  • The cleaning staff was very nice and help with what we needed ¿¿ (a guy & lady with the daughter)

Cons -

  • Our first room hadn?t been cleaned & was ransacked. I went to the desk & they gave us a new room. The rooms smelt like smoke & weren?t clean. The breakfast was the worst I?ve ever had at a hotel. It was served in a hall & the coffee portion had no cream
  • It smelled terrible . It had the Oder of bug spray . The halls , the rooms.
  • At the entrance to my wing, there was a truck with 3 probably day workers enjoying beer and music. They were not to loud but the truck should not have been parked right at the entrance. Didn't provide a good welcoming.

The cleaning staff was very nice and help with what we needed ¿¿ (a guy & lady with the daughter)
We couldn¿t check in till 5:30-6pm although we booked weeks in advance.. the pool was full of bugs, the door was jammed/keys kept acting up, roaches in the hallways the list could go on. Despite all of that happening Housekeeping was there when in need.
