Front desk employee was extremely rude about room being flooded ( water came under wall, ruined my iPad) and about my husband getting coffee (said maintenance man was coming to get a cup). Poor customer service.

I got charged to sleep in a room we couldnt even check into. they said they had no running water, no ac/heat, no electric. The crappiest service I have ever seen.

My room had bed bugs, also the sink was leaking water all on the floor. I woke up to the room being flooded. The ac didn?t work either so it was hot all night.

The parking was limited and the grounds needed to be cleaned. Parking lot at this hotel and the surrounding hotels.

There was no ice machines working. The bar area was small for the amount of rooms they have and there was an event so it was hard to get seated

The staff was polite, professional, and friendly. The hotel, however, was awful. We woke up itching all over on top of the disappointment in the state of our room.
