It was close to our family's home.
I got to hotel and the service clerk said that they have rooms but they are not cleaned. They don't know when it's goanna be cleaned. I can leave and come back later and maybe it'll be cleaned by then. I got in 3PM. checking was after 2PM.

The hotel was in an excellent location for what I needed to do. The staff were helpful but need to do window checks only when the room is empty and not distrub the occupants when they are inside. Have the maid service to do the checks when they clean.

The front desk gentleman was wonderful, considering the ?hotel? had apparently overbooked rooms. All available rooms were on 2nd floor with no elevator. He spent a lot of time till he found one for my 96 year old Mom near the one working.AC worked!

I was really surprised by this hotel! Large room, great shower, nice counter space in the bath. We had dinner here, and it was really good! We would totally stay again.
