Location. It was pretty quiet - the walls of the room are pretty soundproofed, however the noise coming from the barking dog, people conversing in the hallway very obvious. Few travelers. My little cat could stay with me while i was in the room, free.

Nothing very disappointing I booked this hotel mainly for the hot tub. However the jets were broken. The breakfast was no where near what was shown on the picture, no waffle maker at all had a pancake machine it was broken, only had apples, the yogurt
It has a pool; however, it was not open for the full duration of the stay
I believe head of housekeeping. (Lots to say but limited space) She gave us the secondary network which solved our connectivity problems. Without it, it would have been a disaster! Give her a raise!

The breakfast offerings were outstanding with an especially good variety of fresh fruit of the highest quality and ripeness. The room was outstanding and very clean, quiet and pleasant. The bed and bedding were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

Nothing at all. The stay was horrible. The staff horrible they accept dogs but hate dogs. They are hateful and money hungry but not willing to go the extra mile for that money hungry attitude.
