Pros +
- The staff was friendly.
- Location to where I needed to be i Syracuse.
- Large spacious room (and separate). Continental breakfast. Water wasn't cold when we took showers (between 7-8am).
Cons -
- This would be ideal for a family on an extended stay with the fridge and stove in the room. The furniture is quite dated and needs upgrading. Breakfast did not offer any fruit.
- Original room that I booked was not available, and hotel staff did not do anything to accommodate my needs. (handicap accessible). Manager threatened to throw me out of hotel for complaining about noise from construction in hotel.
- There were some things about the room I took issue with, but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again.
