- That with all the issues at least we finally got. Room with heatyes. First

- Nice, clean room. Even upgraded to a suite. But, the bathroom was quite small with literally zero counter space for toiletries. Mine was also missing the coffee maker. All the supplies, but no maker or pot! Overall, nice, but not what I was hoping for.
- Didn¿t have our reservation.
- Reservation was for a suite we were given a room.Next room was almost a suite not like we had in past. This one had No heat!! It was-4 outside. Maintainence was to fix it. We went out for 2 hours they forgot. requested another room 8pm had a bed and heat
