Cons -
- Our window didn't lock, nor did our door have a working latch or safety lock. I asked for extra pillows and was told they didn't have extras. The shower floor was not clean.

- This room had dirty, bloody sheets with black specs and burn holes everywhere. To enter the room, you had to ram the door open as there was a bloody washcloth on the corner of the door. No cover to the back of the remote. Air conditioner barely ran.
