I did not like that the room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were bugs and flies in the room. Poop on the toilet ,and food left in the refrigerator. Also the pillow cases were dirty. Not worth the price we paid for it.

I had my dog with me. I was first given Rm.100 which wasn't for pets. So I was moved to 121 the sofa beds were full of dog hair on both sides of cushions. Had not been vaccumed in a very long time. Clerk takes vaccum puts it on the sofa bed.Rm 129 same.

Need to be wiped down better than what it is. It was very dusty. I wiped my room down and I deserve a discount for cleaning my own room. I had to purchase Lysol cause I was itching in the bed. I don?t think the furniture is being wiped down.
