- The coffee was very weak and breakfast was not good.
- Staff.
- Desk clerk (Rick) was extremely rude. Phoned the hotel to ask directions but Rick spoke very poor English. Asked if we could speak to someone else. He accused us of being racists & hung up on us. Was verbally very angry when we checked in.
