- The room had a smell to it
- Treated elderly like 2nd class citizens, borderline criminal. Charged them incidentals for medical conditions and then refused to reimburse us even though upon checking out, they did not disclose this charge. So shady. These owners are ruthless!
- Water in sink¿HOT. Beautiful Water in Shower¿. Couldn¿t take a full length shower. Water barely over body temp. ¿¿¿¿
