Pros +
- Hotel was clean. Staff was efficient but very overwhelmed with a long line for check in when we arrived.
- The staff are super friendly and welcoming I travel a lot and by far one of the nicest employees.
- My stay was very nice, the hotel manager provided expeditionary service throughout the duration of my stay, immediately addressed all of my concerns and provided awesome customer service!!
Cons -
- Long wait for check in.....but this was unavoidable due to a large event in the area.
- It was disgusting, toilet did not flush, stains in bedding, floor, trash in the trash can when we arrived, toilet paper roll falling out of the wall, no outlet covers, thick black hairs in bathroom, bed very uncomfortable, and the lock on the door wobbled
- The only down call about property is location. There isn?t much around except few other hotel locations but again we are in Syracuse NY
