Quality Inn & Suites East Syracuse - Carrier Circle

The property had a two bedroom apartment small but just right a little kitchen with everything you need and rooms were separated in different buildings I loved that.. pretty much had a great time there we even had free breakfast but missed it everytime because the beds were so comfy I didn’t get out of the bed oh and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a plus for me and livingroom couch bed was a plus as well this little apartment fit all of us at once..

The only thing that bothered me was the couch bed was a little old and you can feel the springs on it.. but it was alright.. also the tv couldn’t watch Netflix or anything the wifi is horrible the remotes are old had to keep pressing buttons over and over to get it to work and eventually gave up on watching tv

I Paid Booking 204...was charged 230 at check in ..told them just apply the 230 to another night and was charged 430 the next day ..ruined the whole trip

The rooms were clean, staff was wonderful!

The rooms were nice, could use an update. Staff was wonderful! We had a little trouble getting the heat going and he came immediately and solved the problem. Good breakfast.
